SHIPPING POLICY:
- All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS Ground for mid / large size packages, small packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 days). All domestic shipments outside of the Continental 48 states such as HI, PR, VI, AK and PO Boxes are shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 days) regardless of the package size. All transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.
- Majority of our orders will be ship within 2~3 business days, sometimes some items are backorder due to high demands, we will send an email to notify backorders and an ETA, we usually fill the backorders within 3-5 business days, if the package is not received after 14 business days, please contact us.
- All Canada shipments are shipping via UPS Standard to Canada (usually 5-9 business days).
- Express Shipping method are available upon request.
RETURN POLICY:
- All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
- Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. No return for exchange or refund will be accepted after that.
- WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If customer claims a wrong item was sent, or product does not fit, please email us first for confirmation. If the item does not fit the vehicles, we strongly recommend our customers to seek professional installation. Buyers must submit a digital photo and proof of professional installation along with their application to prove to us how the product does not fit. If there is enough proof, we will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and a full refund will be issued after the merchandise is returned and inspected.
- DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: We inspect our products before shipping, please inspect your package upon receipt. If damages are found, please notify the shipping carrier and Remix Custom immediately, no claims will be honored after 5 days of delivery. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged), If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. We will only ship replacement when UPS claim is approved. Buyers are responsible for all returning shipping cost. Remix Custom are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange.
- All return items must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number issued by Remix Custom. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in any way.All returned packages without a RMA # will be refused. RMA# is valid for 7 days from request.
- Lens colors of the projector headlights are shipped based on availability, actual color received may be different than picture shown. Refund or Exchange will not be accepted based on lens colors.
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. Most of our items do not come with installation instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of size and application before installation. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.
